This Blueberry Vanilla Bean Pie will raise the bar for all blueberry pies! We cook the filling with real Madagascar vanilla beans for a complex and astonishingly delicious flavor. This also ensures that each pie is perfectly thick and juicy!  Chef Lindsey's flakey, all-butter pie crust adds a bit of richness and will keep you going back bite after bite! Actually, you should order two. 😉

And if that weren't enough, we generously sprinkle turbinado sugar on the top of the lattice top crust for a little sparkle, a hint of sweetness, and just a little more crunch!

We bake our blueberry vanilla bean pie in a disposable 9-inch pie dish that serves 8 - 10 people. Add a Tart Cherry Pie to complete any dessert spread!

Indulging in Deliciousness as I write

I am actually eating a huge slice of this unbelievably delicious pie right this moment. You MUST try this pie and share it with everyone you know! The blueberries are plump and juicy and the taste of the filling just makes a happy parade in your mouth - I don't whether it is the vanilla bean or what, but this chef has this pie's perfect flavor profile. And the crust is to die for!
