Chef Lindsey's Key Lime Pie is back!

This tart Key Lime Pie is baked to perfection in a buttery, graham cracker crust. We only use FRESH, hand-squeezed key lime juice for that inimitable flavor! The filling is smooth, silky and just the right amount of tart!

You aren't going to want to miss this pie and, trust us when we say, you might want to get a second one for the freezer!

We bake our 9-inch pies in a disposable pie dish. They can go straight from the refrigerator to the table! Each pie serves 8-10 people.

Get the recipe for an optional meringue topping here! Add a pumpkin pie and bring all the Fall flavors to the party!

 NOW OFFERING GIFT PACKAGING for pies! For only $6.50 you can add a bow and crinkle paper to any pie order. The pies will still come packaging in an insulated box liner with an ice pack for freshness. The bow will wrap around the outside of the insulated liner with a sprinkling of crinkle paper, so that the gift recipient will be greeted with the colorful bow, crinkle paper and our signature gift note! 

If purchasing more than one pie as a gift, all the pies will be packaged together as one gift. Please only select gift packaging on ONE of the pies.

Literal Life Saver Approved from the Keys

My dad grew up in Florida and is extremely discerning when it comes to any kind of key lime anything (even after shave). He LOVED this pie! The satin texture played up the fresh key limes perfectly. He knew in a nanosecond he was tasting the juice of perfectly ripened key limes (not a plain lime in its place). He can only swallow very smooth foods and has no appetite. Malnourishment put him in the ICU for a month. This pie was such a delight to him it absolutely revived his spirit. He has since fully recovered!!! A culinary miracle! THANK YOU!

WAIT till you taste this key lime pie! If you are a fan, this will take your expectations from here on out to another level. I love this and everyone I have since sent it to as a gift has RAVED about it. I hope hope hope for me and my key lime pie fan friends that it stays on the shop menu!!!!
