Chef Lindsey's favorite tart cherry pie is the one pie customers can't get enough of! It has a tart yet sweet filling baked to jammy perfection in a flakey, all-butter pie crust! We top the intricate, asymmetrical lattice with a generous sprinkle of turbinado sugar for a little extra crunch and sparkle. Here at Pastry Creations, we believe pies should shine inside and out!
We only use the highest quality tart Morello cherries, sugar, and a hint of almond extract for this show-stopping pie. Simple, elegant, and delicious!
We bake each 9-inch pie in a disposable pie dish that can go straight from the refrigerator to the oven to the table! Each serve 8-10 people. Add on a blueberry vanilla bean pie and make it an instant party!
NOW OFFERING GIFT PACKAGING for pies! For only $6.50 you can add a bow and crinkle paper to any pie order. The pies will still come packaging in an insulated box liner with an ice pack for freshness. The bow will wrap around the outside of the insulated liner with a sprinkling of crinkle paper, so that the gift recipient will be greeted with the colorful bow, crinkle paper and our signature gift note!
If purchasing more than one pie as a gift, all the pies will be packaged together as one gift. Please only select gift packaging on ONE of the pies.

Big shout out to Chef Lindsey! First, the pie was shipped to us and looked like we bought it at our local grocery store. It was packed to perfection. I'm not sure how Chef Lindsey does it, between the pie crust and cherries, you can't find a better cherry pie. I think my husband and I died and went to heaven. Oh, and don't forget a scoop or two of your favorite Vanilla ice cream once you pull it out of the oven. Simply the BEST cherry pie ever!!!
The crust, the cherries, and everything in between… DELICIOUS! Had it shipped to the Midwest and still in great condition when it got here. Easy instructions for warming the pie, creating a warm flaky crust to enjoy. Fan favorite at the thanksgiving party! 😋
Best cherry pie I’ve EVER had. I don’t know how Chef Lindsey creates such an elegant balance of sweet and tart. It is executed to perfection! She flawlessly proportions the filling and that incredible butter crust. I will not eat any other cherry pie after tasting this one. (I may have even licked the serving knife.)
